BLOODLINE is only the second novel of Lourey’s that I’ve read, but in both this book and her 2020 release UNSPEAKABLE THINGS, I’ve been instantly impressed with her ability to craft a sense of place so convincing, readers will feel they are living in the town alongside her characters.
