I’m not sure how smudge proof this is on its own because, at least for me, it would still smudge if I put waterproof mascara on top, it will not smudge if I wait for the mascara to dry and put a coat of clear waterproof mascara over it.

I was looking for a product which would grab my waterproof mascara and not allow it to shift, or to flake. However, I didn’t like to use it on its own or as a top coat layer as it does not dry completely clear, with a bit of milky whiteness that tones down my lash colour or the black pigment of my mascara.

I highly recommend this product if you are unable to wear mascara due to smudging and want your lashes to stay curled up all day.
