About this deal
Longevity isn’t an important criterion for me, as I keep a bottle in my office at work and can reapply as needed. After that I tried 40 knots expecting to find a new versatile scent to wear to the office and spent the rest of that day wanting to scrub it clean from my body.
I've read a few reviews complaining of the poor longevity of this scent, allI can say is the performance on me is supernatural. Update- after a couple weeks- it is growing on me- The dry down is where it shines and the hints of Orris/ Iris. Definitely not for guys under 25 and certainly not for everyone or every day use as it can come across as too strong/offensive. Its stimulating core combines mysterious notes of vetiver, Bourbon and Haitian vetiver with the warm and enveloping notes of cashmere wood and musk. First sniff this reminded me of bently for men intense, but smelling them side by side, while in the very broad ballpark of scent family, they smell entirely different and my scent memory was deceiving me.I'll stick to the original after this bottle is gone but it's worth a try if it sounds interesting to you. I think that encapsulates A l'Extreme's uses: as a novelty which effortlessly evokes the image of death and decay. My rewiew: Can´t stop sniffing my arm when I wear it :D It´s an absolute TOP 1of3 favorite frag ever with great longevity ~12 hours on my skin, on clothes and hair it´s atleast 20h and with quite strong but smooth sillage.

This is like a very bright sap whereas my preference is probably for something darker and, to me, more opulent-smelling and sultry.
