but, just wanted to be real with you guys and let you know where we’re at – the good, the bad and the ugly!The other part that wasn't for me was using the extinction method (leaving baby to cry without going in at all to soothe him) at 12 weeks, for 12 hours/night. The sleep routine goes against all of the current breastfeeding guidance from the World Health Organisation and la leche league and if followed could lead to problems with establishing breast feeding, milk supply and healthy feeding for your baby. I also felt that the advice pretty much lined up with the "Healthy Sleep Habits" book, just without referencing (endless) studies.
