About this deal

I’ve not said much negative about this pedal in this review, but there really isn’t much to say. Sure, there are more advanced overdrive pedals out there, but considering the Boss SD-1’s price, and quality, I believe that it provides outstanding value for money. Expected battery life under continuous use (These figures will vary depending on the actual conditions of use.) Adding some gain to a semi-clean guitar amp, you get a great boost without changing your amp's natural tone. When plugged into an SD-1, try pushing the level knob to the max, whilst keep the gain on zero.
