Alma accidentally leaves her stuffed cow Moo Moo outside during a downpour and Doc fixes her, but she refuses to go home when she believes her owner doesn't like her.

When Stuffy claims that Lambie's job in the Toy Nursery is easy, Lambie challenges him to switch jobs with her for a day. When the characters arrived at McStuffinsville, Stuffy says "We're not in Kansas anymore." This was a reference to Dorothy's line in " The Wizard of Oz" when she and Toto first arrived in OZ. Blind Without 'Em: Hallie is blind without her glasses. Becomes a plot point in her Forgotten Birthday episode, where Doc makes her take off her glasses so the other toys can finish setting up for her surprise party. Beary Friendly: He likes to hug people and is so sensitive to Donny that even giving him a little cut due to a thorn in his belly is enough to make him hate himself.After making a big mistake at the McStuffinsville Toy Hospital, Doc begins to wonder if her patients would have been better off if she hadn't been there at all. Chilly used to have "snow-ish fluff" stuffing inside of him before he lost it in " Filling Chilly". Now he has "cotton-ball white" stuffing instead.

Donny has a new toy, Findo who a robotic puppy wouldn't want to fetch his toy bone so Doc decided to open a new Veterinarian branch to her clinic to take care of toy pets and discovered that Findo had sand in his electronic nose. Professor Hootsburgh challenges Eggie, an electronic learning device, to a face-off to see who's the smartest toy in the McStuffins Household, but Eggie overheats and starts malfunctioning.
