This ice cream is full of chocolate and hazelnut flavour for one of my favourite ice creams ever! After enjoying the rich and creamy Nutella Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream, you get to enjoy a crunchy, chocolatey cone with the yummy chunk of Nutella at the bottom! Place cones into a tall mug (or an ice cream cone holder) and transfer to the freezer to set for about 10-15 minutes. Simply melt the chocolate, then spread it inside of the cones and around the rim. Add Ferrero Rochers and toasted hazelnuts and gently fold into the cream until combined. Pour ⅓ of the mixture into a parchment lined 9-inch springform pan or a 9x5-inch loaf pan and spread evenly. Melt the chocolate chips in a small heat safe bowl in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
