It’s one of those recipes that doesn’t take much time to prepare and makes a relatively large batch so you can eat them for several days or weeks.We top this Mini Eggs Easter cake with chocolate frosting and Cadburys Mini Eggs. I use ready made Cadbury Chocolate Icing but you can always make your own chocolate buttercream frosting or ganache if you want to. As you can tell the mini tin really does work well – I personally set the cheesecakes in the fridge for quite a while, and then freeze for the last hour or so that they are easier to remove without lining!
