Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor is a great replacement as it has a lower cost, and even if it is targeted to be removed, it is possible that your opponents will think a bit before dealing with it. Utilizing cards that weaken your opponents’ defenses and exploit any vulnerabilities they may have. Misdirection: Create diversions or decoy threats to distract your opponents from your true intentions.Blasphemous Act is another format staple. Just bond the Phalanx to Kardur, and you’ll get a new Kardur effect every turn. It's important to remember the Legends Rule, where before any ability or spell resolves, you must choose which of the same legendary creatures you want to keep, and then sacrifice the other. Once this is done, Kardur's effect resolves, and then the conflict on the battlefield begins again.

In addition to them, we also have Emberwilde Captain, which adds Monarch to the game. Despite being the Monarch attracting attention in games, Emberwilde Captain has a consequence for anyone who tries to take the crown from you. This precon also includes great dragon tribal cards like Spit Flame, Dragonmaster Outcast, and Magmaquake. The Verdict
