Can I collect from any library?Some of our manuscripts catalogues can be searched online alongside catalogues from other archive institutions. Please note that the catalogues were submitted at the time of the project, and the version in our own Manuscripts Online Cataloguemay be more up to date. By selecting the 'Place Search' form you can search all of the place name authorities included within the system. Therefore, if you wish to know more about events in a particular place, you could access information by entering the place name in the 'CityTownVillage' field. This will retrieve the name authority term for that place, and will enable you to link to every catalogue record containing information about the place.
It may be possible to borrow items from another UK library; groups can request an Inter-Library loan via their online account with a minimum of two months’ notice.
