WiTHOUT some dopey name like 'corgeut' or 'parnis' on it, sounding like a foreign swearword. i also was curious to have an actual Chinese movement watch and see how it performed...kind of like a novelty. i'm very impressed with this novelty. The Lume. As every cheap watch I have used, Lume is not good. Lasts few minutes and it is very weak on the hands. The case is a pretty simple mix of brushed and polished surfaces. Overall combined with the dial it glints and gleams in the sunlight. Well we will see what we can do here! i know it's some sort of Seagull Chinese movement, and i'm sure someone reading this is more expert than i as to what's in here. First, the cost was about 60 USD. For the price you get a lot. Stainless steel watch, sapphire crystal, Seagull ST16 movement (I will talk about it later). I bought it without the steel bracelet, because I prefer NATO or leather straps. The hand winding is exceptionally nice, this is common for the ST16. The screw down crown is just as good as any, except my Deep Blue 1000m sub or Seiko OM.

How it compares: Comparing the Omega Planet Ocean to the Rolex Submariner really depends on the model since Omega makes not only different sizes, but different versions – and that applies even to just the three-hand automatic models (the image above shows the Planet Ocean Master Chronometer). There is no perfect 40mm-wide analog, but there are Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean models similar to the Rolex Submariner in terms of features and size. While Rolex still arguably wins when it comes to fit and finishing, Omega is clearly chasing Rolex when it comes to movement performance, dial and case construction, as well as overall popularity. It’s certainly worth a close look.Sapphire crystal. There are just a few watches that you can get for under 100usd that have a sapphire crystal. This watch is weightier than I would have thought. I like a heavier watch, and you know this one is on your wrist. If your wrist is over 7.5 or 8 inches I think this is definitely too small for you. The bracelet or strap on other models is only 20mm and tapers down toward the clasp.

I tried to do some research on Loreo as a company and there isn’t much information online that was readily available. Basically from what I gather is these watches are manufactured in China somewhere. wHAT i did notice after 24 hours versus my mac AND android phone, was that it lost 2.5 seconds in that time period, out of the box. that was with a very minimal 5-10 winds, and about 16 hours of low activity computer wear, and 10 hours face up. i've posted many times that Seikos routinely beat my 2000 brand NEW Rolex sub, which was about 10 secs a day off, which is outside of its chronometre status. so, i can say i'm pretty pleased with the last bit of this watch to be reviewed...the engine.When I received this watch, if I’m being honest, I could barely turn the bezel. It actually got worse the more I wore it. After a month I was barely able to turn it. This one happens to be an homage cross between a Rolex Daytona and a Yachtmaster in my opinion, but Loreo makes a ton of colors and styles of this model. They are all great value for money and all contain an automatic movement and sapphire crystal. There are tons of options to choose from. There is no insert in the bezel, this is actually a relief, very similar to a Rolex Yachtmaster. Overall it is unique and visually appealing. I am a fan. Strap/Bracelet
