About this deal

This product is good value for money and I would suggest it to mums who have a budget, as it is a good price. It is very easily folded and can be stored in an upright position without falling, perfect for storage in a small hallway. It also folds down nicely to go into a boot. Sadly, however, it’s weight does mean that it’s only suitable for children up to 15kg. The competitors who do weigh more are able to hold children up to the 17kg and 20kg mark. Conclusion Ohlala, surprisingly lightweight, incredibily sturdy ... so light weight that you can lift even with one finger! Attractive and modern design, Chicco OhLaLa has been designed to ensure maximum comfort to both parents and the child. Easy to lift, easy to drive and easy to move, OhLaLa is the perfect for any mum." Tested by mum Rachel Foye for the Mother & Baby awards 2018:

I’m not sure I would recommend this pushchair to other mums. Whilst the foldability was very good, and it wasn't heavy like other push chairs I have owned, I felt the design was a little dull and boring. The colours didn't catch your eye and I feel the design on a whole lets the pushchair down, as it makes it look cheap. That said, my baby appeared to be comfortable when testing the pushchair on our walk. We were both very impressed with the easy installation of the stroller, it was so simple to put the wheels on and go.But honestly, that is what I like the most about it before I handed it over to my sister Laura, I took it out of the box and put it together to see for myself how simple it was. I would choose this pushchair to win an award as a lightweight stroller, as it is by far the lightest I have experienced and it is so easy to use. That said, I didn't like the fact that my toddler didn't seem to be sat up well in the stroller – she seemed to be rather reclined even though the chair was in the upright position. I would prefer the hood to be bigger also. I couldn't recommend this product due to the above reasons. Although I haven't experienced any other similar lightweight pushchairs, I felt this one was definitely not worth it’s price tag and in general, I was very disappointed with the pushchair. My son was very agitated in it because he couldn't sit upright, but also feel the seating was not the comfiest for him. The positive was that it was very compact and I was able to get two pushchairs in my car boot. It would be OK for using if going on holiday and occasional use, but wouldn't recommend this for everyday use. The OhLaLa pushchair is extremely lightweight, which makes it ideal for lifting in and out if the boot of the car. It's very easy to fold and reassemble, which is helpful with a busy toddler and it saves a lot of time (and toddler tantrums!). The steering is very smooth and the pushchair feels easy to manoeuver when out and about.

We looked into alternative lightweight compact strollers and found Chicco OhLaLa stroller. What We Thought of the Chicco Ohlala Stroller I think that the Chicco Ohlala stroller is great for older infants and toddler years as it is lightweight, easy to put up and down and fits the needs of that age range. Overall both myself and Laura have been delighted with the Chicco Ohlala stroller also known as Kevin. The appearance of the stroller is quite clean, crisp and simple. There aren’t any fancy mod cons and upgrades to the model that you might find with other strollers. The whole process of putting up the stroller and taking it down was so stress-free and easy I couldn’t imagine using any other one. I wouldn't choose this pushchair to win a Mother & Baby award. Whilst it was extremely lightweight, it felt a little flimsy and like it would break easily. The quality of the materials did not seem to be high quality and the design didn’t excite me or make me want to use it. We also noticed she was a big fan of the sidebars or as I would call them armrests. She put in her Sully teddy first to test it out before trying it out herself. I have never fully put up a pram on my own before so for me to find this process simple had to say something.
