About this deal

This juice is best for cold weather especially evening and formal social gatherings. More appropriate for age group 30 and up but then again, a confident young man can easily pull this off with the right get up, on the right season and occasion. Overall a great addition to my collection and will be on my rotation this fall till early spring next year 👌 Is excellent with a good strong projection and sillage and the longevity is very good as well with 7-12 hours on my skin and it keeps projecting constantly. It has the DNA of the original but with something more, it's dense, rich, classy and masculine. It's a fuller more rounded smell, nicer and alluring during the hours even a bit mysterious. The base is warm and sensual, oakmoss anchoring the patchouli and sandalwood which comes over as a dark brooding incense. Pasha opens with an extremely true to life lavender note and in a light-hearted enough way. But as the mint comes in, so does the serious and resolutely masculine nature of this fragrance. There is not even a hint of sweetness or good humour and I like it that way.

Versace The Dreamer EDT is a good, classy, mid, tobacco, floral, powdery iris, resinous amber, herbal artemisia, and juniper fragrance. It opens up with intense dry deep ambery and slightly smoky notes that are sweetened up with some boozy notes that remind me of some herbal liquor. The fougere, green note comes from the fir balsam (or fir balsam-like raw materials). There is a slightly creamy sandalwood dryness to it that gives it a nice solid base.It doesn't smell like Bentley for Men Intense but it does share some characteristics with it (mainly booziness and a kind of brown-sugary sweetness). Well, as solid as BfMI is, I find it a little underwhelming or straightforward (unsophisticated?) or something. That is not the case with this Pasha. It is cosy, inviting and sweet from the benzoin etc.--it reminds me of caramel, gingerbread or something else brown, edible and moreish--but the fir note in particular brings a kind of balance that I like. This is definitely a dressy fragrance for the cooler months but for me it is also more about subtly (though not weakly) conveying a sense of (quiet) confidence than, as is the case with many fragrances more like the Bentley, grabbing the mic at someone else's gig and yelling, "Hey, everybody--look at me! I need you to see how confident I am!"

Strong without being pushy it requires personality and masculinity, not really unisex or for teenagers. When it has reached its full dry-down it can be summarized as a very sweet Ambery, liquorish and slightly animalic woody fragrance with some spicy accords. Because I own this and Noir, I've opted to make this the Fall/Winter scent due to it's heavier wood and spice notes and Noir the Spring/Summer thanks to it's citrus opening, but truthfully either could easily be year-round scents. The sweetened nuances hidden in Pasha are the result of the Golden Alyssum, which usually attracts various pollinating insects. Sandalwood and patchouli reinforce these nuances and the oakmoss becomes less aggressive. The final touch of refinement comes with labdanum, here much more ambery than leathery. Pasha opens on a lemony-minty-tarry green note with loads of lavender to go. Initially a little tart and pungent, just for a minute maybe. Then it immediately starts to get smooth and dry, as you get whiffs of the coriander and oakmoss. It gets into the woody-spicy zone for a bit..still very dry but airy and breezy in a way. The initial citrus blast now toned down to just a subtle veil around the lavender & coriander. It's really beautiful to sense these stages go by. Very refined and mature. No theatrics whatsoever. And as the hours go by you can suddenly get wafts of creamy-dusty sandalwood and you know you have arrived.

Thatbwoy the BBC News and shepherd's pie references are funny but I have to disagree. This is not a sensible older man fragrance at all. The fragrances in that category would be Grey Vetiver and TDH for example. This one is more casual than those. You would only consider this to be for older sensible men if you are super young and like wearing One Million or Invictus. The Pasha's extraordinary crown guard has never undergone any changes and remains a vital part of every timepiece. However, the popular crystal grid only appears on certain models, making them particularly coveted among collectors. The Pasha collection also includes women's models, such as the Miss Pasha and Pasha C, and chronographs like the Pasha Seatimer Chronograph with an automatic caliber and water resistance to 100 m (10 bar, 328 ft). I opened Declaration second, and to my happiness and surprise, it smelled nothing like Santos. Declaration is soft, yet crisp, classy, timeless, and smells like freshly printed money. As much as I would love to wear it every day, I feel like I'd have to have on at least a dress shirt and khakis to match the style that one exudes. UPDATE: I have realised that Pasha is much closer smelling to another newly discovered classic, Ralph Lauren Safari, which I only bought now (2 March 2020). For me Pasha is better than Safari both in smell and longevity.I now understand why some are calling this EDT a classic and a masterpiece. It's not so obvious from the beginning, so you might need to try a couple of times. A little goes a long way with this EDT. It has that clean aspect from smelling like men's shaving foam, in a very very sophisticated way. In many ways this can be compared to the blue fragrances of today which have the showergel aspect. This of course being more masculine and certainly not generic. I find it suitable for all season apart from summer where it could be too intense and heavy. The performance is above average. Longevity is in the 10-13 hours range (on light skin) while the projection is in the more moderete range at about arms length. It is going to project well for 2-3 hours after that time it starts sitting closer to the skin and will become a bit more intimate but still quite strong. The scent itself is very linear and well blended and will stay practically intact for the duration of its life. Silage is great and so is longevity. It lasts with meaningful silage for 4-5 hours, fantastic, but on my skin it lasted as a faint skin scent almost for more than 20 hours, I know because I applied it in the evening and I kept sniffing my arm the next evening without applying anything else. Carolina Herrera 212 VIP EDT is a very good, mild, boozy, vodka, ginger, fruity, leather, and woody fragrance.
