Can you imagine watching somebody you know being put to death in such a brutal way?” You suffered a coma in your childhood, you were only able to awake after making a deal with an unknown entity. [Devils, Dream] The targeted creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or they take a penalty to the feature you chose equal to half your Proficiency bonus (rounded down). This penalty lasts for 1 minute, or if they succeeded on their saving throw, until the end of their next turn. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect on a success. This ability has no effect if a creature can't be charmed. Additionally, we’re adding translation support to the game, which means that we will be providing the tools and support for players to translate the game into their own language. However, the actual translations will be crowd-sourced, so players will be able to help us make the game accessible to more players around the world. We’re hoping that this will bring the community closer together and make the game even more enjoyable for everyone.

Also at 3rd level, you gain the ability to call on the spirits to save your allies. When a creature you can see takes damage, you can use your reaction and roll a d6. The targeted creature gains a number of Temporary Hit Points equal to the roll, which takes as much of the triggering damage as possible. The romance between Tilda and Dylan while sweet, almost seemed too soon. I felt like it might have worked better if Tilda moved into the house ready to move on, I didn’t feel like she was really ‘ready’ for a new love in her life based on how she was in the beginning. One of the really cool things I got to work on for this update, which sets our Ren’py game apart, is the interactive split view for CG images. This was showcased during the Cho retrospection events. Initially, we had plans to keep the scenes separate, but an idea sparked to incorporate both scenes into a single event to add an extra spiciness. Making it happen was a bit of a challenge; I had to dive into the engine and tap into some undocumented functions to make it work just the way we envisioned.We’ve added multithreading, which basically means the game can now use multiple “threads” to do different tasks at the same time. This helps speed things up and makes your gameplay experience much more responsive, especially on mobile devices. You can ask the nightmare to reveal a dark and true secret of the creature it is haunting, per the DM's discretion.

A few words regarding save compatibility; Please save the game inside the main office, without any other characters present, before updating to ensure that your saves remain compatible. Moving on to the recently released Cho-focused update. I tend to stay away from mentioning major spoilers in these posts during development, but I figured I may as well delve into spoiler territory now that the update is out, so spoilers ahead.Most people see witches as hooked nose crones with big pimples growing all over them, pouring over spell books and making strange concoctions in their cauldrons, and while that might be a fair idea about them, I wanted something a bit more geared towards the Buff/Debuff class. As of right now, D&D 5e has few choices if you want to be a true Buff/Debuff class with Bard being really your own option. This tier shows a smaller change in attitude than the one before, as she will immediately agree to have sex. My first thought for the tier up events was to include something where Hermione gets pushed to her limit, with the goal of sex not feeling like such a daunting task. A deep-throat event would be fitting, especially since the one during the ball ending is both unprompted and sudden. You can only target a creature once per day with this ability and you can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier, regaining all spent uses on a long rest. When I was growing up, I was mostly drawn to games that didn’t base themselves too much in reality or take themselves too seriously, such as the Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, Ratchet and Clank, Sly, Jak and Daxter, Rayman, and Tony Hawk’s Underground series. Some of you may have already noticed what is similar about these games. No, they don’t all have furry characters in them (I added Tony Hawk just so you couldn’t make that comparison). What makes them similar is that they were all filled with funny one-liners and humour, some of which were even fourth wall breaking.We have a prepared a mini update to celebrate the upcoming Halloween, and to give you guys something to do while we work on the next big update, witch you will be hearing about more in the upcoming month.
