It was an eye opening experience that was a great one to share with some of my university peers and to see the buzz when the penny dropped and lots of aha moments occurred. Taking thoughts, beliefs, and habits from the dark side into the light can help us understand why we are the way we are and how we can best interact with the world around us knowing what we know about ourselves. It has represented rebellion, courage, and strength. In the past I’ve discussed how a number of personality assessments are based on the work of psychologist Carl Jung.
