Starting things out simple, we have a really nice, elegant, and lightweight kimono-style tunic top. This style is perfect for the summer and it’s really easy to make. This is a great knitting project for confident beginner knitters. This knitted baby wear is easy to knit and will require a little bit of seaming where we recommend the mattress stitch. I love the style of this one. Unlike most of the other DIY kimonos on this list, it’s perfect for a bit of colder weather too. The pattern isn’t free but I’m including it just in case you love the style and want to make it! Light, airy, and flowy, this cardigan just screams springtime! The style of this one is long and flowy, and also lightweight, which is really nice. Below: We are so excited to be able to enjoy the outdoors again now that it’s warmed up. I wish the summers weren’t so short. 🙂One thing that I really love about this yarn is the stitch definition you get. It also works up beautifully as it doesn’t split and it feels great in your hands.
