About this deal

The episode synopsis reads: "The Doctor is caught in a fight to the death as a spaceship crash-lands in London. But as the battle wreaks havoc, destiny is converging on the Doctor’s old friend, Donna." When is the second Doctor Who special on? This is quite logical. The possessive form in English is formed by adding ’s at the end of a noun, unless it is a plural noun, in which case we write just an apostrophe, e.g. “these teachers’ books” (not “these teachers’s books”). This rules out each others, as the possessive apostrophe must be there. Another is a determiner (and a qualifier) that goes before a singular countable noun or a pronoun. Another + Singular Countable noun

Another can be used before a plural noun when there is a number before that noun or before phrases such as a couple of, a few etc. You use others’ when referring to something that belongs to a group of people, such as “The others’ cars are parked over there.” Others’ is the plural possessive of others. When a word already ends in “s” in English, then we put the apostrophe after the “s” Where do you put the apostrophe in others? Because there is more than one person involved, people often mistakenly treat it as a plural pronoun . They put an apostrophe after the s, so that it looks like this: each others’.

Others” is the easiest of the group to understand. It’s only the plural form, meaning we’re talking about more than one “other” in the sentence. When you see the word “each” the word that follows needs to be singular. Therefore, you can’t ever write each others.’ Struggled to make much impact in opening quarter but started to show a bit before interval. Subbed. We need to see each (A. others / B. other’s / C. others’) bank statements before we can trust again.Others” only refers to the plural form of “other.” It comes with no possessions, meaning no object is required in the sentence. Other’s” is the correct possessive form of “other,” and we use it when we want to talk about “other” in the singular possessive form being in ownership of an object in the sentence. While there is a plural possessive form in the shape of “others’,” it’s very uncommon. However, each other is a singular pronoun, so it behaves the same way as most singular nouns in the possessive form, with ‘s. You might be looking at those sentences and think they look quite strange or have something missing. That’s because they often do. Not many people will use “others’” in this form, and a plural noun is usually accepted right after “other.” Quiz: Have You Mastered Others Or Other’s Or Others’? More than decent showing in the number six role, composure on ball helped calm Liverpool when required. Very much passed this litmus test. Subbed.
