Then line up the coil with the hole at the bottom of the pod. The bottom part of the coil is flat on its one side, so it will only fit in the pod when properly oriented. Finally, fill the pod by pushing the tip of your juice bottle inside the red filling gasket. Give the pod 5-10 minutes to saturate, press the fire button five times to turn the device on, and you’re good to go.

I struggle with my hands as I have joint problems and find it absolutely impossible to simply “snap off” the mouthpiece. The firing button is larger than it was on the original and has a bronze accent ring around it. The bronze accent gives it a classy look that I’m a huge fan of. The button is tactile and responsive when pressed, but the Caliburn G also features draw-activated firing so you can just draw on the mouthpiece to vape. You can’t go wrong with either device, as they’re pretty similar yet equally impressive MTL kits that produce fantastic flavour. In terms of versatility, you can get a bit more out of your vape with the Caliburn G thanks to the adjustable airflow. However, in terms of a tight draw, you might fair better with the new Caliburn A2. As we stated earlier, it’s subjective and everybody has different preferences. Swapping the coil around and the vape was even more flavoursome with that little bit of restriction really making the flavour pop. Never use a battery that has been clearly damaged or is leaking. It should be discarded immediately in an appropriate way.

Caliburn G Pods are not compatible with any other Caliburn vaping devices apart from Uwell Caliburn G and Caliburn KOKO Prime Vape Pod Kits. If you are happy to change your own coils and prefer it as there is less expense and waste – then buy the Tenet. The Caliburn G steps up the flavor game and provides rich, warm, and flavorful vapor that is hard to compete with. Using the draw activated firing gives me warm vapor, but pressing the fire button just before starting to draw allows for a slightly warmer vape that is really nice. The flavor from this vape is downright impressive and better than any other pod vape I’ve tried thus far.After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the cells or batteries several times to obtain maximum performance. This airflow adjustment really allows for MTL and RDL vaping – and it does it well! Mod Performance As we have found with most of the Caliburn range it has that horrible “snap off” mouthpiece filling design. This instruction card makes it look easy! Overall we are extremely impressed with the Uwell Caliburn G2, and are not surprised at its popularity. It’s easy to use nature makes it a perfect choice for smokers wanting to quit smoking, or existing vapers who want an easy, hassle free daily vape kit. And who doesn’t want that?
