For children aged 6 to 12, take one tablet when required, up to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours. This is a medicine; Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist.

If you take other medicines - Tetracycline antibiotics, Chloroquine (to prevent Malaria), Quinolone antibiotics (e.g. Ciprofloxacin), Penicillamine ( for Rheumatoid arthritis), Phenothiazines (e.g. Chlorpromazine for mental problems) Antacids of this type are known to decrease the absorption of concomitantly administered drugs due to absorption or delaying of gastric emptying or alkalinisation of gastric juice. However the activity of cardiac glycosides such as digoxin may be increased due to the presence of calcium. Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over should take one or two tablets as needed to relieve symptoms, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
