Since making her splash on Disney+, Bluey and the rest of the Heeler family have laughed, played, and danced their way into the hearts of millions of kids and adults. The beloved animated series from Australia’s Ludo Studios has been a tremendous hit with Disney fans here in the States and has become entirely accessible through Disney’s streaming service and TV channels. BBC Studios Kids & Family have revealed that a special extended episode of the critically-acclaimed and multi-award-winning TV sensation, Bluey, will premiere globally next year on ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) and Disney+. Widely lauded by parents and press alike for its heartfelt and funny portrayal of family life and celebration of play, the series follows Bluey, a 6-year-old Blue Heeler dog, who loves to play and turns everyday family life into extraordinary adventures that unfold in unpredictable and hilarious ways, bringing her family – including younger sister Bingo and parents Bandit and Chilli – as well as friends and community into her world of fun and discovery. BBC Studios Kids & Family are excited to share that Series 3 of the much-loved Emmy® and BAFTA award-winning animated series Bluey will make its UK free-to-air premiere on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer from Monday 27th November. Good things come to those who wait, as the rest of the show’s final season is expected to be available on Disney+ at the end of 2023 or early 2024 at the latest. Hopefully, the latter half will be just as emotional, enjoyable, and exciting as the episodes that followed.

Series 3 builds on the first two series with new friends and locations. The new-to-CBeebies episodes include a range of humorous - and sometimes poignant - stories based around family life in the Heeler’s home.And that's because we all know that the real world of parenting sports-mad kids is quite different.

Bluey Series 1 and 2 are currently available on BBC iPlayer and have been a huge hit with UK fans. Episodes of Bluey have been streamed more than 363 million times on BBC iPlayer since its launch on the platform in April 2021. Bluey is created and written by Joe Brumm and produced by the multiple Emmy® Award-winning Ludo Studio for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and BBC Studios Kids & Family. The gazebo where the parents were in the match is the same one the other adults were in during Lila's birthday party, complete with balloons and decorations. These decorations remain in the gazebo shown in this episode.
