Headless Guitars have been/still indeed are all the rage. They look like something from Star Trek, and they lead to convenience and Avant guard design. In this review, I'm going to be diving into a new offering from the music gadget company Donner. This is a silent acoustic guitar that could fit most conceivable places. Although it is a guitar made for beginners, it is a full-size 41” guitar. This means it is not suitable for children. However, Donner has the DAG-1M which is a 3/4 size guitar that is perfect for children.As this is a full-size guitar, it is also not suitable for children who want to learn to play the guitar. It feels pretty big even in my hand as I am used to playing electric guitars. This guitar will feel too big for small children, demotivating them as it would be harder to learn anything.

Versatile, well-balanced, and smooth. That’s how I would shortly describe the sound of Donner DST-152. But let’s dive a bit deeper… But the overall versatility of this Donner really surprised me. It can handle music from soft country cleans to pretty meaty metal tones if the right amp is used (I recommend Fender Mustang LT25, Boss Katana 50 Mkii, or VOX Valvetronix 20). And this is why I think it’s a great choice, especially for beginners.
