About this deal

There are issues when you can’t get your Owleez to fly but the instructions and trouble shooting are helpful and with a bit of persevering it does usually fly! Just follow the Owleez how to fly instructions and you should be fine. When Owleez arrives in your home, he needs to be charged via a USB cable which is swirled and stored neatly under his nest base. Perch Owleez onto his nest, charge him up and don’t forget to switch him on under his bottom. This toy is available in two colors (pink and white) and each set includes an owl pet, one nest for nap time, charger, and one bunch of berries for feeding. It needs to teach how to fly, play games, sing, and much more. It has three sensors on the forehead, beak, and belly for interactive play with kids and also having super-expressive eyes with colors to know the toy mood. Where did it all Start?

Owls are adorable aren’t they? Think Harry Potter and Owls definitely come to mind. My work mate is a little Owl obsessed and I remember going around Birmingham and searching for them one summer when the Owls came to town.I have to say Spinmaster have done it again with this Owleez flying Owl toy. This Owleez Interactive pet is absolutely brilliant and such good fun. I really didn’t know what to expect when I saw pictures of it but after reviewing the Luvabella and Luvabeua Interactive Doll and Hatchimal Hatchibabies, I knew we we would be impressed. It’s almost like a cross between an Owl and a helicopter. This Owleez toy review will give you an idea if will be the perfect gift for your little one this Christmas. In addition to flying the Owl eyes show how the Owl is feeling and encourages you to handle the interactive toy in a number of ways. You are provided with a sheet that informs you of how the Owleez is feeling according to its eye colour. You can then make the owl happy by responding in the appropriate way. Our Thoughts On Owleez

TAKE TO THE SKIES – A FLYING TOY

Childhood is gone in the blink of an eye [except the sleepless nights part, that lasts for decades I think] and I wanted to enjoy every moment I could and make it as fun as possible. It's the perfect 2019 version of the top selling Hatchimal toy, which was at the top of many Christmas lists, and now Owleez has much more to offer. The Owleez pink toy is very cute to look at – a small plastic bird in a bubblegum pink colour, he has a swirly blue design on the chest and blue fluff ‘feathers’ on the sides.

Out of all 3 of the boys, Oliver is the one obsessed with animals. He loves toys that need looking after and you have to care for. So when Spinmaster UK sent us Owleez an owl you can teach to fly. I knew he would really like it! Owleez Flying Owl pretty much a cross between an Owl (obviously) and a drone. You can take care of Owleez by making sure it’s well fed, burped and happy. The best thing though is you can teach it to fly!! Owleez Flying Owl When the propellers have reached full speed, up he pops and flew for a few seconds before came down to the ground with a bit of a bump! With a cute little face and adorable giant colour change eyes that reflect his mood, children can nurture and care for their Owleez, as he responds to touch and motion. By far the best part of the Owleez product is when it flies and as it practices it gets better, flying for 10 seconds as a maximum. My eldest and I I tested this out on our own when her baby brother was sleeping and we were screaming and laughing, it was that much fun. I guess I didn’t know what to expect!!

You can feed, pet and fly the Owl so it does offer quite a bit in terms of play opportunities. Where to Buy Owleez the Flying Owl We rushed to put Owleez in the nest, I lay on the wet grass waiting to capture him in flight with my camera….and he refused. Shook his head and said no, no, no. Then the wah-wah-wah noise comes on like you lost the competition. He wanted feeding, loving – and so we spent the next half an hour with me lay on the grass whilst everyone interpreted his eyes. We had NINETEEN fanfares and EIGHTEEN refusals. I was soaked. Owleez begins to take flight – his body lifts and his little wings spin like a helicopter blade. It’s incredible to watch. Owleez* is an interactive toy and as such, you can really take care of it. The eyes change colour depending on the mood and within the instructions, there is a handy guide explaining what to do. I would suggest keeping it to the side as it will come in useful. Eye Moods

Owleez’ eyes aren’t just pretty, they’re the window to his soul – quite literally. Not so great for two of my boys who are colourblind but Hero gets it and translates as fast as he can – kind of like being in emergency surgery. In Owleez’ box are a list of eye colours and corresponding needs/wants and potential outcomes from those colours. Hero yells the colour and the boys are frantically searching the list to see if they have to do anything to help him out. Owleez’ eyes will tell you what he needs – there’s a little sheet in his box which tells you what each colour means. The Owleez instructions were easy to follow, but the results were mixed! Owleez instructions advise that the more you practice with Owleez, the better he will fly, but in our case, I have to be honest and say we have seen much of an improvement in his flying, with us having never reached the full ten seconds of flight. Despite this, the girls have found him hilarious, and have enjoyed showing friends and family their toy bird that can actually fly across the room. They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays. What we did find though is it does crash when it has finished. My eldest kept really worrying it was going to break but there were no issues. You mustn’t try and push the head down and place your Owleez on a flat surface. It will close alone. Then it is good to fly and again and with more practice gets better and better. Your Owleez will seem a bit sad after crashing and my eldest enjoyed patting and comforting it afterwards. To get Owleez to fly when her eyes are white (ready to play), we lifted Owleez up and down a few times until he starts saying “weeeeee” and then a little trumpet sound is made to announce he is ready to fly! Once Owleez is charged, you need to practice flying together by swinging and swooping the owl through the air, which results in it making triumphant and happy noises. Blue eyes – If his eyes turn blue, Owleez is cold, and he will make little shivery sounds too. To warm him up, children can press their hand against his forehead. She may not fly also because she is sad and she’s needs some confidence. Pat her head and comfort her.

Even though this Summer has been a very rough one for the boys, there have been a few moments that have bought excitement and hilarity to both our home and Granny and Grandad’s. Grandad loved our little drone that we bought to show him [which was like one of the little creatures from Batteries Not Included] last year and so this trip now he’s unable to move around for a few weeks, we decided to take our new interactive toys with us to show him. Not just because these are interactive but because they’re quite a bit rebellious. The first one out of the box was Owleez. WHAT IS OWLEEZ? Overall I was really impressed once again. It’s such good fun when your Owleez flies and your little ones will love the interactive experience. Decorations: The 4th December has been revealed to be the date that the average Brit will dig out the tinsel and tree, though Christmas cheer strikes early in the North East where the tree and tinsel go up a full month (31 days) before the big day Like many toys, the interactive side is brilliant, especially for kids who love to respond to a toy and to care and look after it. It does promote caring behaviour and imaginative play. Plus Owleez is very cute. Hatchimals is a robotic toy created by the Spin Master after Hatchimals they wanted to try something new with their existing technology features and with some new features like flying. That’s when the Owleez came out with robotic and flying features. It’s a magical land of toys, a robotic pet combined with a mini drone, drones are still pretty popular. This toy is a two-product category, helicopter hidden inside an adorable ball of fluff and color. It also has motion sensors, to pass the commands. Like Owleez toy, furrealtoys are also designed with robotic features. More About the Owleez Toy & Where to Get themThere is also an instruction manual included with Owleez troubleshooting. I will talk more below about the issues when Owleez is refusing to fly! This can be pretty frustrating when you can’t get your Owleez to fly but there are some simple solutions. How to Make Owleez Fly I loved Owleez the flying Owl toy! I really didn’t expect such a small, light little toy to have so much power and start flying like a helicopter. I always find with Spinmaster toys, there is the WOW factor and you almost have an experience and not just a toy. This was no exception. Most importantly, and like nothing we have ever seen before, the Owleez toy also has the ability to really fly and if looked after properly, will actually spread its wings, lift up from his nest and fly across the room for up to 10 seconds at a time. The more you practice flying, the better the Owleez will get! Where can I buy an Owleez toy? Price-wise it isn’t a cheap toy but it works, its novel and great fun! I think as its so light it feels a little expensive but I guess it needs to be quite light to fly.
