I've enjoyed surprisingly this channeled book, by the Ascended Masters(Christ). I've walkaway from organize religion in my early 20's, and I'm rediscovering a connection to the Divine through books such as this, "I am the Word" as in the Gospel of St John's..."In the beginning was the Word". Through his clear, compassionate, and at times ruthlessly insightful spiritual guides, Paul Selig has written a breathtaking and powerful treatise on the importance of self worth to spiritual knowing. However, this is no armchair new age philosophy. It is a transformational manual dedicated to making this essential knowing accessible. I found this to be one of the most powerful and influential books I have ever read.” The channeled Guides of I Am the Word provide a concise and immensely powerful program in self-awareness that can ease negative complexes and align your existence with its highest purpose. Paul and his Guides somehow manage to transmit and then explain ancient gnostic revelations in simple language that anyone can understand. A magical book.”Some readers might worry about opening themselves up to a channeled message, but I didn't find anything in the text that made think these were "evil spirits" dictating the content. Nothing I read set off alarm bells that "this would be dangerous or harmful if people believed it" (And when an idea could be misunderstood or misapplied in a way that would be potentially harmful, the text actually offered grounded, sensible warnings, which you don't see enough of in new age writings) And nothing felt like it was written with the intent to be controlling or manipulate the reader. I would paraphrase the main message of the book as "know yourself as an embodiment of divine love". I am Word: through my being, through my vibration, through my knowing of myself as Word. Those things of density and lower vibration will need to fall away. All are rising in frequency regardless of our ways. I am divine consciousness. We can change old behavior patterns, by ‘I am Word through this memory’… to release and clear them. Through my intention I choose to think in a new way. State your intention… then acclimate to it… then receive the result. Acclimating to Wonder: Your vibration will rise. This is the work of the book. If something happens that is beyond what we thought was possible, a so called law has been surpassed. Engaging in wonder can lift you up. Begins with Paul Selig receiving a frequency (dictation) to align Mankind to a higher vibration, to The "Christed-self" regardless of race or creed, regardless of being deeply religious or agnostic, stating that we all have been summit to the mountain top. Don't let the constant mention of The Christ conciousness discourage you if you are a non-christian because of the end of this book states on quote: " ...we don't deny any God that is a true God...because it's The One God with another face..." And that Christ within you, realizing himself through your experience is God manifested as man..." be still and know that I am God...And declares that the heavens are about to open to the coming Age of Christdom which is the ascension into the new millennium of peace, understanding and truth, and that "to be The Christ simply means to be yourself in full realization of your power as a piece of God in action" on quote. Relax and see others through frequency, experience their energy fields. You cannot control others. Just be aware, without taking any action. When I am in my knowing I am always in my integrity. You will no longer engage in approval – I do not need the approval of others. Up to now 80% of what I have done was motivated by the approval of others. In knowing, you shift from approval to freedom. What does it feel like to recognize your divinity? In the center of my heart is the Christ, a divine flame of life. I can only manifest those things that are for my/our highest good. I am the one who chooses. The changes that occur in our consciousness are for eternity.

Nobody is outside of God. They might think they are, but are not. Damnation is a false belief. The Christ frequency cannot flow through me when I am in judgment against my brother. I am in transit to realize myself as Word. Love and understanding: When misunderstandings and incorrect beliefs are cleared all behavior associated with them will also need to go. To love without any sense of judgment. See all others as perfect beings of the Creator. Love is the highest of all vibrations. See them with the eyes of God, seeing Christ in them all. You have to witness the self as perfect as well. I am Word through those before me. This will elevate their frequencies also. You are coming to know the Christ in experience. Everything you judge you fear. Why do I fear it? To hold another as less than yourself is to lower your frequency. My personality is not the Word, my higher self, my soul is. This planet is shifting into a higher frequency, and so am I.
