I am looking everywhere for a slow cooker appliance that is made out of stainless steel like the one you are presenting here. However, I’m concerned about the pressure. My Mom used to cook all her life with a pressure pan (old fashion one which actually was made of stainless steel) and she had a bad accident and she burnt even though she was an experienced cook. This would be a great stainless rice cooker if you plan to steam vegetables at the same time as you cook rice as it comes with a stainless steel steaming tray.
