Some manufacturers can be strict regarding where you are allowed to service the vehicle whilst it is in warranty - and what parts can be used. FSH– Full Service History. This is almost equally as good; it’s applicable only when the vehicle has a full service history, i.e. none have been missed or failed. A car’s service history is a little bit like a health record. It shows when work has been carried out, where it was done and — for those particularly well kept — the cost of maintenance. Having an FSH means that a car has been maintained consistently to the standards outlined by the manufacturer when it rolled off the production line, with all of the required service tasks undertaken and all of the correct procedures followed.

If the vehicle was maintained by a franchised dealer, your local showroom should be able to produce all of the documentation relating to the car's maintenance.
