It just filled me with happiness and energy and I kept sniffing my wrist the entire day because it kept getting my attention, poking my interest. To me this is elements of Armani Code mixed with Dolce Garden’s neroli and coconut with a dash of Alien’s jasmine. I have had to think very hard to remember the last time I finished a full sized bottle of fragrance. I tend to rotate my fragrances - season, emotion, shaking up my fragrance wardrobe (I am so easily bored....). This one stayed put - at my side, within easy reach - a uplifting daytime scent, a comforting night time scent. I truly appreciate how this smells on me, and how it makes me feel. It's a mix of all that I love in a fragrance. It's sweet, but does not make my head hurt. It's warm, but not so warm that it gets ignored when the temperature rises. It makes me feel both sexy and clean. We all - especially fragrance tragics like myself - spend a lot of time searching for that certain something, a scent that we doesn't require a great deal of pondering and thought. BUT beware: Don't overspray it! 3 sprays are enough for the whole day. You might hate it at high doses because it is a bit synthetic (at least for my sensitive nose). Have been on the lookout for something similar but a bit more elevated and long lasting and with Only One Intense I've finally found it! Last night I've sprayed it on myself for the first time after buying it and in an hour was sniffing around, thinking, why do I feel so nostalgic and comforted? Oh, sweet sweet warm hug in a modern robe, couldn't be happier. Stays close to the skin and is gone after 4hours or so. On clothes longer but isn't that the case for pretty much every frag?? 🙄 Anyway, don't mind that if the price is ok but it's not, lol. Still expensive even at discounters. 😳Sort of tried hard not to like this as I bought too many perfumes I didn’t need another when I just got a bunch and all I wear is Narciso Rouge ! However those notes ,,, how can one say NO to this , violets and cofffee are 2 of my favourite things in life. Iris and pear ,vanilla and patchouli STOP ! This is a must have for me ! The Only One 2 by Dolce & Gabbana is a sweet fruity fragrance. It is quite strong, but not too overpowering. I used three sprays on my arms.

I think my nose got so used to the scent so fast that I can't smell it anymore because apparently other people can. The Only One Eau de Parfum Intense is available as a 30ml Eau de Parfum Intense, 50ml Eau de Parfum Intense and 100ml Eau de Parfum Intense from January 2020. Also this reminds me of la petite robe noire intense for some reason -the blue one-. I know cherry is not listed but I feel like this has some sour cherry syrup. I have never tested this but it sounded like I’d like it so I had to treat myself lol. The initial spray smells of intense berries and powder. Reminds me of boujee skin care products. To me, it smells really good but not unique. But hey, sometimes all you need is a safe fragrance but with a twist. This screams to my a very flirtatious woman that either could be very serious one minute & turn very quirky and bubbly the next?? Imagine a non-salty "Olympea EDP" with hints of a non-spicy "Crystal Noir EDP". You get "The Only One Intense" EDP. In a word, this fragrance bewitched me.You will smell like some fruit tart/bakery when wearing this, but in a good way. I think it is yummy. The opening is more joyful and transparent, but dries down a sweet gourmandy scent. Nonetheless, it's not all sweety and creamy; the coffee note is there to prevent it from going full blown girly sweet. On me, the bergamot and the middle notes take over the base notes I wanted. I get so little caramel that it's almost invisible. There is ZERO vanilla for me. I waited over an hour for it to "develop" and, nope. Nothing. I will definitely be wearing this layered with "Vanilla Love" and save my "BO-LP" for special occasions. I truely get why this is loved by many, dupe or no dupe, and if you love apple, bob's your uncle. Objectively, it's a nice one, but for me, it remains a no after thorough testing because of that darn apple note. 🤢 Having said that, the best that D&G has to offer today. Imo.
