Evaporated milk is regular, full fat, blue top, milk, that has been evaporated to remove the water, leaving just the “milk” part. This means you can simply turn the evaporated milk into regular milk by adding water in! If you buy a tin of evaporated milk and keep it in the cupboard until you want it, then simply emptying out the small 150ml tin and then using that tin to measure out 150ml of water will give you the same result!
