For example, food containers and certain items used in the medical field (such as plates and screws that need to be discarded after use). There are various ways of gluing pieces of PLA together, such as by using superglue, epoxy, hot glue guns, 3D pens and acetone. Each of these different bonding agents have a different method of use, and has its own set of pros and cons. In this article, we will hone in on three and include a description of what we think is the best product that is currently on the market for each respective glue. But first, here is a guide to help you to know what to take into account when you choose the type of glue that will best suit your 3D printing needs. There is also the danger of using too much acetone and burning through your filament. Pure PLA cannot be melted by acetone, but acetone does work as a solvent for PLA that is used for 3D printing. This is because other chemicals are added to the plastics that are used for printing, and these are what are affected by the acetone. With one spool LW-PLA you can print as much as with 3 regular spools of PLA, due to the 3x lower material multiplier / flow. How to print with LW-PLA
Retraction: Off (Note: I think this could be left on, but I did not see a need for retraction for any of these parts.) Usually, the calculated flow value is lower than you would actually use for a sufficiently strong part. You might need to increase the flow rate by 5-10%. How to determine the expansion of the filament Different types of glue offer different degrees of flexibility. Since the ePLA-LW foams continuously in the melting cavity of the high-temperature nozzle, the retraction basically does not work. Stringing is normal during printing. It is recommended to print the rc plane in vase mode to reduce the effect of stringing. PLA LW filament has many benefits over other types of filaments. It is strong yet lightweight, making it ideal for small parts and intricate designs. It also has excellent layer adhesion with low shrinkage, so your prints will come out looking great every time.
