We are very excited to announce the launch of our brand new Virtual Learning Environment GOSH DEN (Digital Education Network)! Shriti beavers away at creating digital content ranging from creating interactive and engaging eLearning, editing videos and creating educational animations. Shriti is passionate about being able to support healthcare colleagues in providing for children and young people. Shriti has various eLearning and design qualifications, as well as a CIPD qualification in Learning and Development and so, provides valued consultancy and experience in our digital learning offerings. One of the best features about GOSH Den is our ability to interact with others. By using the discussion boards, messaging and classroom functions, we can learn from each other and feel like one community. Our new report explains how this first-of-its-kind unit has led to improvements in research and innovation, and care for children and young people. This day will be held online and aims to give trainees the opportunity to rotate through 6 different stations to update their skills and identify areas which may benefit from additional training. Improved air quality around the hospital will also benefit patients and families. Included in the training is the opportunity for two online group consultation sessions where clinicians can bring cases for discussion and reflect on ways to further improve the delivery of treatment. The supervision will need to be completed within 6 months of the training.
