About this deal

Yes it is a story about Love regardless of one's skin color, yet it is also a story about the harsh realities of Life. The chemistry between Bristol and Grip was just off the charts amazing. They had an instant connection and Kennedy Ryan did a fantastic job of making the reader feel the emotions along with them especially with that cliff-hanger ending. OMG....This was an excellent read. Flow is my second book by Kennedy Ryan and I'm glad I've started this Series! This introduction to Bristol and Grip's (Marlon James) meeting and attraction is beautiful and I'm anxious to start the next book...Grip!!! AND-- Although she exasperated me a little from time to time, I ended up IN LOVE with Bristol!!!! I totally understood her once "It" came to light. I was like "Omg...Yes, that makes sense. I get it" #girlpower #strongwoman #loyal Kennedy Ryan penetrated my soul with STILL. Her flawless and poetic prose kept me spellbound. Her narrative is strong, powerful and with STILL Ryan captures and explores clearly what's current in the world today, questions it and brings awareness to it with authenticity.

Still is an endearing love story of two people, who know what unconditional love is. That no matter what life throws at them they'll face it together. I have to admit that I stumbled upon this series way to late for my reader freak heart/mind/soul / etc etc etc!!!! Grip is a journey, one of the hardest I've ever survived HOWEVER thanks to this author and these books author I believed - I CAN DO EVERYTHING!!!! I'm not going to dive too much into the storyline cause I don't want to give anything away. If you're a true Gripstol fan STILL is a delicious dessert that'll explore this beautiful couple further, give us fans what we can expect from Kennedy Ryan and a closure that left me satisfied and satiated.Grip and Bristol's friendship is what drew me to them in the first place. They build such a strong foundation in Flow and Grip that only continues to grow in STILL. As lovers there's so many intense emotions that still comes into play. They are both fiercely possessive and protective and I enjoyed to see that side of them especially Bristol.

In Still, Grip and Bristol go through so many sensitive but powerful experiences that will leave you, with many things to think about and reflect.. but the most important message I got from Still was..... The story touches on some sensitive and thought-provoking social issues that you would not typically associate with a romance novel. The topics are handled with reverence, though, and enhance the true focus of the story, which is love and acceptance. Love between a parent and child; brother and sister; best friends; soul mates; understanding between adversaries. The Grip Trilogy charts the course of rising star Marlon "Grip" James and his manager Bristol Gray. From the beginning, attraction ignites between the struggling musician and his best friend's ambitious sister. It starts with a kiss at the top of a Ferris wheel when they're young, combusts into a tumultuous love affair, and matures into an epic love that defies each odd and defeats every obstacle. Discover why Buzzfeed selected Grip to its list of books that will change the way you see the world. One of many things Kennedy Ryan succeeds with in Grip and also Flow are her choice of topics and how she weaves them into Grip and Bristol's story. Especially music and race plays a huge and important role. It gives the story an edge but most importantly it also gives more depth to the characters. Not just to Grip and Bristol but also to the secondary characters. Grip is an extraordinary story with a powerful message which has to be experienced.Phenomenal characters! This story has touched all my feelings and the deepest part of my heart and mind. The development of Marlon and Bristol's relationship was fascinating. I was not only enamored but was also given food for thought. The real life struggles they endured as a couple and also as individuals was empowering. I feel like a better person after reading this. thank you for raising such a magnificent man. He is the man of my dreams. When I thought of my husband, I didn’t dream in color, I dreamt in character." Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen: Audiobook Review & Go Behind the Scenes with Narrator Rosamund Pike Grip & Bris, wow, they are my new ultimate book couple, so much love & devotion between two sweet, poetic souls...
