Marvel movie fans who've closely followed the development of each film in the franchise may recognize the premise of this figure as something that was in an early draft of the Avengers: Age of Ultron script, where a twist would reveal Banner inside Iron Man armor in the final act as a distract to Ultron who had a personal vendetta against Stark. It never came to be but that idea was saved for Infinity War, at least partially.This armor was based on the armor with the same design in the comics, which is the Hulkbuster Armor.
