About this deal

As mentioned already, the pedals offer plug-and-play functionalitywith most flight sims- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, X-Plane, DCS World, and P3D being a few of the notable names. They are compatible with an array of operating systems including Windows (starting with Windows XP all the way up to Windows 10) and macOS (although you would need appropriate MAC drivers). You can also use them with your Xbox and soar the skies with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Just one question: Thrustmaster TFRP are not compatible with mac? some place says they are……. this is confusing. Keeping your office space clean and organized is a must for any stay-at-home professional. While making your home office desk feel like the inside of a jet is tempting, enthusiasts need equipment that keeps a low profile—in case you get a surprise video call. The VKB T-Rudders fit this form factor to a “T.” If you’re looking to upgrade your build, you won’t be disappointed with Thrustmaster’s second entry on the list. While it may be expensive, you definitely get what you pay for.

When I want to configure my Logitech Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals I have problems with the rudder function. I select the axis and shoot with the pedals and save. Everything looks normal. But when I test, the right pedal gives only 75% impact and the left gives 125%. Here it would be normal to do a calibration, but this is not possible as far as I know.

Now for the complaints. We sometimes feel like the pedals are too close together. Depending on the game, this can put a dent in prolonged usage. However, this factor is largely subjective and depends on individual comfort preferences. The pedals are compatible with both PC and Mac, and the plug-and-play driverless USB installation is a breeze. Visually, the Thrustmaster Pendular Rudder is very different from the other pedals. It departs significantly from the traditional flat layout most pedals exhibit and instead chooses to prominently display the "PENDUL_R" mechanism — and no, that's not a typo. PENDUL_R refers to the rudder pedal arms that hang from the top of the device. One thing that could possibly be that cause of your throttle problem is that there may be a double assignment of throttle control.

My Logitech throttle quadrant and my Thrustmaster rudder pedals plug into the Logitech yoke system...These entry-level pedals are great for anyone who doesn’t want to spend too much on their first build. While you’ll eventually want to upgrade to a higher-end set, the TFRP’s will enhance your flight sim experience—especially if you have other Thrustmaster accessories. Accurately simulating yaw in your setup is monumental to a realistic flight simulation, as well as differential braking for taxiing, take-off, and landing. How Does a Flight Simulator Rudder Pedal Work? I usually wear heavy work boots and C & H is perfect underfoot whereas the Thrustmaster, well, I can’t really feel them underfoot in heavy boots. Same issues as well. Flying B350 using my brand new Logitech/Saitek rudder pedals. Have played with sensitivity settings a bit, trying to make them more tolerant. Taxiing works relatively fine, although after some point the pedals seem to have an exponential effect. I believe I can further fine tune this in settings. I found a workaround for the Thrustmaster, first take off my boots, then spray the steel rods with silicone spray. Make them slippery. Now they work fine. But how often do I want to take off, put on, my boots?

Moreover, the advanced CH Control Manager software allows for highly customizable control over your flight simulation setup, from programming macros to assigning buttons, making the gaming experience even more immersive and tailored to your needs. The dimensions are comfortably compact, and the form factor is lightweight enough to move around yet sturdy enough not to slide during intense gaming sessions. Our editorial team tested Logitech’s rudder pedals over 30+ hours spread across 2 weeks. The flight sim software we used was mostly Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, although, we did occasionally shift to X-Plane 11. Our review of the product with respect to design, build quality, functionality, customizability, compatibility, comfort, and convenience is featured below. Design and Build QualityBest Runner-Up: Turtle Beach VelocityOne Universal Rudder Pedals feature an ultra-smooth rudder axis and high precision. All in all, I would give Logitech G Pro Flight Rudder Pedals a solid 4/5 for functionality. Customizability
