About this deal

Nerd in Evil's Helmet: She remains a giant magical girl fangirl, but keeps it down-low while fighting Tres Magia by overplaying her (already high) sadistic tendencies and desire for a Worthy Opponent. Hiiragi Utena has always been a fan of the Tres Magia Magical Girl team in her city, wishing that she could be just like them. She gets her wish granted when a magical envoy named Venalita offers her just that, recognizing the potential within her. Utena accepts, transforming into the skimpily-clad Magia Baiser armed with a BDSM riding crop... wait, what? Rent-a-Zilla: In chapter 42, Korisu finally lets Kiwi talk her into playing with Mecha and Kaiju action figures and likes them, enough so that she immediately uses her magic to create a building-sized robot dinosaur to fight Tres Magia. While the plot does generally seem to exist for the purpose of the ecchi content, I actually ended up really invested in it. I really love the concept of the magical girl villain as the protagonist of the story and while there's a ton of characters who only exist as vehicles for, erm, sexy stuff/situations, Utena and Haruka (and later the rest Wings Do Nothing: Her fake wings at least indicate when she’s activating her Flight power, but are not necessary for it.

Mage Marksman: Is able to create giant rifles and cannons alongside bombs, she just almost never uses them (or at least the explosions predominate enough to completely cover up the shots.) Every Man Has His Price: And Alice’s is a big pile of new plushies, which is what Baiser offers her every time she wants to combine their powers to build some sort of huge magical sex dungeon. There are many reasons you should read Manga online, and if you are a fan of this unique storytelling style Throw Down the Bomblet: Leopolt's power allows her to manifest multiple grenades which she uses to blow things up.Villain Protagonist: Played With. Utena was forced to become a villain and is by all intents a good girl at heart. However, since the story is narrated mostly from her point of view, the villainous team is given more focus than the heroines.

Perception Filter: During their final showdown, Utena sees Lord Enorme as nothing a bratty four-year-old throwing a tantrum upon hearing her childish intentions of Taking Over The World because Might Makes Right. Disinterested in associating with the forces of evil, she tries to quit when a group of magical girls appear and declare war. A battle ensues and Hiiragi soon discovers that she enjoys inflicting pain on others as her true nature starts to emerge. Living Weapon: Baiser’s signature spell is to turn common objects into these from scissor-butterflies to power cable-snakes to Leopolt’s grenades turned into beetles.Swiss Army Super Power: On paper, the power to control toys doesn't seem all that impressive or versatile but oh boy, would you be surprised. She can: Gratuitous French: Emphasis on gratuitous as Utena's transformed name of Baiser is French for kiss, but also is used as a general slang term for sex. Sensible Heroes, Skimpy Villains: Tres Magia have a decently modest uniform consisting of a bubble skirt, short-sleeve blouse, and long gloves and boots. In contrast, the majority of the villainous girls are in fetishistic, hyper- Stripperific costumes that leave their tits or ass completely hanging out. Slave to PR: Magical girls are supposed to be cute and/or beautiful. That's why Sulfur can't just unleash her true strength, as the form might scare off little kids watching her fight.
