A beep signal sound that is used both for the shake reminder alarm and at the end of the cooking process is pretty loud and easily audible even from another closed off room. Love the rotisserie for chips, etc and in general it works very well. It’s a bit big and noisy, but it’s my first fryer so nothing to compare it to. I expected things to take less time as well, and I suppose they do as it takes no time at all to preheat, but I was expecting even faster results. Guess it’s not a microwave 😂 An aside – I’ll apologize for the photos and reflections. This thing is super glossy everywhere and it is all but impossible to photograph it without distracting reflections, given that I don’t have a photo studio with totally seamless walls and ceilings.

Such a wide range facilitates a high level of scope, and allows the fryer to cook food in-line with your personal preferences. There's also an up to 60 minute timer with automatic shut off. This Uten 6.9 qt / 6.5 l air fryer is one of the biggest air fryers we were able to test recently. Its capacity is certainly more than that of your average air fryer, and its overall size does reflect that as you can see on the image above. It is let down by a few niggling complaints, like noise, light, and door hinge, but overall a good machine and big enough for most people, unlike all the drawer-type air fryers, which are mainly 5 litres or less. The Uten 6.9 qt / 6.5 l air fryer is really easy to use with its reliable touch controls accessible from the device’s top panel. The touch buttons are really responsive and we didn’t experience any trouble, unregistered presses or extensive touch latency when using the device. I use this, I use it to cook everything, I have to adjust heat to take into account weather frozen or not but this has to be the best thing I’ve bought in a long time

The rest of the unit is stainless steel construction as with all good professional gear. Easy to clean, tough and hardwearing.So far, I’m pretty impressed with the results. The capacity is enormous. This offers two benefits. The first is obvious – we can cook a lot in it. The second is that when we don’t cook a lot, there is plenty of space to spread out the items so they don’t touch, allowing for more even cooking. It is much quieter than our old unit as well. That’s a big plus in an open-concept living space where the cooking area is adjacent to the TV watching space. REVIEW – Most of us are trying to be a little more health-conscious these days. Usually, eating healthier means giving up fried foods. But, they are oh, so delicious! Air frying otherwise deep-fried foods helps make them healthier by significantly reducing, and in some cases, eliminating the oil or fat used to fry. OK – nobody is saying that air frying turns tots into health food, but if it can cut calories and fat from a tot and still produce results that resemble dropping a basket of them into hot oil, what’s not to love? What is it? As most air fryers do, this one will also turn off when the basket is removed and then, when it’s inserted again it will resume the cooking program. This enables you to easily stir and mix up your food anytime during the air frying process. As a part of the honest summary of our own experience with the product, now we’re going to list both the upsides and shortcomings of the Uten 1088TS air fryer that we noticed along the way during our tests. We hope you’ll find it helpful. It’s a great choice provided you’ve got enough space on your countertop and you’re ready to enjoy lots and lots of delicious air fried meals! The four buttons along the bottom of the display are a pause/play button, a power/start button, a presets button, and a shake timer button. The two up/down arrows on the left and right adjust the temperature (left) and time (right). For a family of 4 and above, if you’re prepared to make some sacrifices and prepare your meals in more than one go, the Uten air fryer will be perfect for you. It can fit surprisingly large amounts of food. The touch interface is simple and easy to use, the buttons are responsive and the presets… well we didn’t really use them a lot.
In the box, besides the Uten 1088TS air fryer itself, you will find a simple separable grated cooking tray that is meant to be placed under the food you’re air frying, as well as a metal stand for layering the food inside the appliance.

Well, now after using the Uten 1088TS air fryer for over a month, we can safely say that this appliance is definitely worth your attention. It’s easy to use, super easy to clean, features outstanding capacity of almost 7 qt and a bunch of rather neat quality-of-life features on board. Moreover, what’s quite surprising is that it’s really cheap when compared to other air fryers of similar size! Uten 1088TS allows for using air frying temperatures for up to 180-400°F (100-200°C) and supports max cooking time of 30 minutes. The front display of the Uten 1088TS air fryer can display your set temperature and the remaining cooking time (the blue glow seen on the picture is not visible in real life as it’s the issue with the camera image). | Photo: toastnfrypro.com After the cooking process is finished, the air fryer will beep rather loudly until a dozen seconds pass or you take out the basket. The sound is easily audible and in our case it could be heard even from another room. No worries here. The design – food basket & separable tray The removable basket is dishwasher safe, and so is the removable grated tray. The inclusion of the presets seems more like a selling feature than a practical feature since you’ll be adjusting time and temp all the time anyway. Why not just set things manually?
