Every single bottle of Żubrówka Rosé is hand decorated with the synonymous single blade of Bison Grass for which the Polish brand is famously known. Showcasing sweet notes of vanilla, caramel and dark cherry that give way to warm notes of pepper and aged oak, the expression has an aroma of oak and vanilla, followed by floral and spice notes with hints of baked apple, toffee and cloves. The unique combination of aromas and flavours caps off with a finish of dark fruit and baking spice, with lingering notes of sweet toffee and oak. Infused with wild forest raspberries and cranberries, with a hint of juniper, Żubrówka Rosé has a unique and refreshing flavour profile and 32% ABV.The move follows other recent NPD in vodka such as G52 Botanical Vodka from the Glasgow Distillery Company. The Polish vodka brand is releasing Zubrowka Rosé, a new expression of the traditional Bison Grass vodka, infused with forest raspberries, cranberries and rosehip fruit. Using a revolutionary proprietary distillation process, the expression is distilled in small batches with a swirl of vanilla and a hint of tobacco and chocolate to ensure a velvety liquid with top notes of vanilla and caramel.
