About this deal

As i sold my very first 3DS to fund my upgrade to XL Version and having still any other i got, i still have 7 different 3DS consoles. Still want a New 3DS to complete my handheld "full set" Just the one XL and I've kept it in pristine condition. That being said, I might get 1 or 2 more, just to have in case something happens to it. This ROM for Pokemon Blue Version can be played on a Nintendo 3DS or emulated on the Citra 3DS emulator. Wow. I remember seeing my first 3ds in a FNAC in Avignon at the time. That doesn't feel like 10 years ago.

To me the last great sturdy nintendo machine, I love my switch but man, can't get over the joycons drift and how lame nintendo reacted on it. Long life to this great system Honestly though my favorite design of the DS family was the matte finish DSi. I wish they had made a 3DS xl with that finish, and shape. Would have been dopeThe names Red and Blue were selected because it was believed that these colors would better appeal to Americans due to the United States flag being red, white, and blue. [13]

That’s pretty scary actually. I got mine after the first price drop with birthday money. I was still in primary school. Now I’m getting ready to move away for work 😂 Will I someday find another 3DS? Perhaps… hopefully with Smash DLC so I can homebrew it to preserve that game’s online mode!Following the system's price cut of almost one third of its original price by the second quarter of 2011, sales saw an increase of more than 260 percent during the comparable 19-day time period in July. About 185,000 units were sold following a price cut on August 12. Nintendo sold more than 235,000 Nintendo 3DS systems in the United States in August, being the second best-selling dedicated game system for the month. [261] The two games are also notorious for having several drastic glitches, among them MissingNo., Glitch City, and the Mew glitch. The battle system also features numerous glitches and oversights, such as the Badge boost glitch, the 1/256 miss glitch, and Psychic's unintended immunity to Ghost (which was corrected to be a weakness from Generation II onwards). On the other hand, many players have found that these oddities make Red and Blue unique from other games in the series, and have praised such errors either as opportunities for exploration or exploitation (e.g., as a way to get Mew), or as interesting alternative battle mechanics (e.g., among challenge runners who exploit Badge boosts).

The protagonist starts their journey in Pallet Town, where they are stopped by Professor Oak after venturing into the tall grass. The Professor lets the player know that going into tall grass alone is dangerous because they can run into wild Pokemon. Because Pokémon Red and Blue's script is based on a translation of the script of Pokémon Blue but use the in-game trades from Pokémon Red and Green, two translation errors related to these trades occur. I’m slightly glad I can’t see because I would have gone broke on faceplates otherwise. But even the xl makes me squint. According to the Pokémon Pokédex Collector's Edition (Prima's Official Pokémon Guide), Red and Blue were developed by a team of nine members. After taking the player to his laboratory where the Professor’s grandson, a rival aspiring Pokemon trainer, also appears, they are both instructed to select a starter Pokemon. The options in Pokemon Blue Version are Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander. Professor Oak’s grandson will always choose the starter that counters your Pokemon, so there’s no point in trying to outsmart him. Filling out your Pokedex The 3D is cool, but the dual screen, stylus, clmashell design and the library are phenomenal. I love this device and the 10,000s of hours of gaming joy it still gives me. The Circle Pad Pro is an accessory/add-on which connects to a Nintendo 3DS system through infrared, adding support for a second Circle Pad, a substitute R button input (as the original one becomes difficult to reach), and an extra set of trigger buttons (Z L / Z R). [101] The device was first released in Japan on December 10, 2011, coinciding with the release of Monster Hunter 3G in the region. [104] It was subsequently released in Europe on January 27, 2012, in Australia on February 2, 2012, and in North America on February 7, 2012, coinciding with the release of Resident Evil: Revelations in those regions. Nintendo Handheld Console 3DS XL - New Nintendo 3DS XL

Nancyboy waves Howdy! Eh, this is why I am glad the switch is region free. And Nintendo is less obsessed with Zelda. Everytime they make a new Zelda (except the hylian shield 3ds and the link green 2ds) 3ds, I had to buy it. I only have two switch systems currently (day 1 and V2) and am waiting on the zelda oled announcement. Later, I got the 3DS XL for the bigger screens (I think it was the red one), trading in the original one. Call us nostalgic, but the closure of the 3DS eShop has us reminiscing about the many incredible years of portable gaming we've enjoyed with Nintendo's last dedicated handheld console and its wider family. When it comes to the 3DS, I still appreciate the amount of effort out into the games, ESPECIALLY when it comes to home console ports. Smash 4 was exciting, Hyrule Warriors Legends marked the beginning of a new era of the 3DS, and Xenoblade Chronicles 3D was one of the most ambitious ports I have ever seen. And a couple years after that i bought a japanese new 2ds xl from play asia so i could play inazuma eleven go galaxy

The success rate of catching the Pokemon depends on the type of Pokeball used, and the target Pokemon’s HP. The higher the Pokeball’s quality, and the lower the Pokemon’s HP, the better chances there are of catching the Pokemon. I bought one at launch and then upgraded too many times. The only model I've never owned was the small New 3DS. It's a great little system.
