This book has a "I want to read it, so I have to write it" feel just like BULLY did for me, so thank you for taking a chance and keeping an open mind.

This book is major intense. It’s different and I had a hard time reading some of it. As the big confrontation is happening, I was feeling some serious anxiety. Didn’t know how far it would go. Overall I did enjoy it and would love to read a follow up with Kai and Will. He was blind action, like a machine with no weaknesses, and that’s why Michael kept him around. He could stomach anything.Anybody who has read Penelope Douglas’ novel Corrupt knows that the dynamics between the characters is what drives the plot and reveals the underlying motivations and emotions of the characters. Tate and Jax, the main characters, are complex individuals with opposing desires and ambitions. Between them, they must navigate the difficult terrain of their relationship while surrounded by misunderstandings and conflicts. SOLVED!!! ---> The dark romance bully book where she was best friends with a bunch of guys and one of them assaulted her… Moments of awesome reading and moments of dubious Maryse. I just couldn’t “go with it”. How they spoke to her, at times seeming as if they had an “all knowing comprehension” of the world, how they spoke to each other… the things they thought they were entitled to. Michael, you’re a basketball player and the rest, you just got out of prison so i honestly had no sympathy for any of the four horsemen here and at one point i thought, im glad their entitled asses went to jail. they should've stayed longer. but of course my perspective has changed and i love their entitled asses now.
