But she can’t deny that, beneath his cool exterior, is a man who could make her melt with just a touch. Just then, a full-grown Simba emerged, and Scar mistook him for Mufasa. Before long, Scar realized Simba's identity and glared up at the hyenas for their failure to kill him. After tending to Sarabi, Simba advanced on Scar and demanded that he abdicate the throne, but Scar insisted that the hyenas did not recognize Simba as the rightful king. At that moment, Nala arrived with the rest of the pride and asserted that the lionesses supported Simba's claim to the throne. Upon reaching the river, he sees a massive crocodile sitting in the water, crying. He asks him what's wrong, and the crocodile swims to the bank. Mohatu sees just how enormous and powerful he really is, and if he hadn't been the brave king that he was, he would have been terrified.
