The character in the story adds interest to the plot. In Red Riding Hood, we see the little girl is all dressed up in red. In this story, we see these three boys and Max join the other two little girls Nudge who is 11 years old and Angel who is 6 years of age in fighting the Erasers! The Erasers are people in white coats that work at the School. They are the ones who created these children. The Erasers began this experiment to prove that humans could fly and morph but it did not stop at that.Ari signed an autograph as "Wolverine" in School's Out - Forever. However, in Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports, he couldn't even sign his own name, and had to be taught by Max. He exhibited some tendencies to self-harm, biting himself in School's Out - Forever because the pain "felt better." This book...has all the characteristics of [James Patterson's] work for grown‐ups: pace, action, mystery and cool.... Fang's "self-mutation" is the ability to become near-invisible when holding still, discovered in The Final Warning. This skill only plays a significant part in that book. Volume 4 was released in April 2011 and features Nudge on the cover. It almost finishes the second book but cuts off right before the real Max battles with Max II. It is the first—and so far the only—volume to have a brief character profile at the beginning. The art style also changes slightly. At the end is a preview of the Witch & Wizard manga as well as an advertisement for other James Patterson books/manga adaptations and Yen Press.Ari's greatest desire was to have his father be proud of him, and he was extremely and horribly jealous of how his father doted on Max. This expressed itself violently; he talked about choking Jeb to get more attention. He was ecstatic when Jeb expressed pride in School's Out - Forever, when Ari laid out his plan to steal Max. Volume 8 was released in July 2014 and features Fang once again on the cover. It continues The Final Warning. The Doomsday Group is brainwashing people, affecting Iggy and Max's half-sister Ella. Meanwhile, Fang starts his own gang which includes Max's clone, now called Maya. The two teams join forces in Paris to stop the Doomsday group. Their plan goes awry when Gazzy fails to disarm all the bombs under the gathering spot, and the bombs explode while Fang, Gazzy, and Angel are still in the blast radius. Fang and Gazzy make it out safely, but Angel is missing, leaving everyone heartbroken. The car they get from the junkyard was in okay condition; in the book, they salvage parts from different cars and put them together to form a ride. Ari showed a consistent obsession with Max, hating and envying her, yet wanting to spend time with her and have her to himself. In School's Out - Forever, Angel told Max that Ari "loved" her. Ari had a strong (but reluctant) admiration for Max, even going so far as to come up with a plan to steal Max away so she could play with him. However his wolfish-seven-year-old self showed through when he added that he planned to cut off her wings. We enter the scene when the things are a little out of hand. The Erasers have kidnapped Angel and are using her in some kind of experiment. Max and the children originally lived in cages. Surprisingly, this did not stop them from growing and walking normally like all other children. A Comprehensive Education (comic)". Penny Arcade. January 13, 2010. The other books are Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment, Maximum Ride: Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports and Maximum Ride: School’s Out Forever. The author is expected to bring out more books having the same characters but we will have to wait and see. Despite his young age, Ari was the size of a full-grown human because of the genetic engineering performed on him by the School. When he was younger, he had blond hair.

Fang is additionally Max's best friend and soulmate. The Maximum Ride movie was also made in 2016 but there are currently no plans for a sequel with critics and fans alike rating the books more highly. The Maximum Ride: The Final Warning represents the uniqueness of American story telling. The language used helps the reader link to the plot. They relate at several levels. They would like to emulate the actions of the leading characters. Costume plays would help to bring out the latent acting talent in them. I am excited as a teacher to see a student get so into a book and will definitely keep copies of the series in my classroom for other reluctant readers!" I highly recommend this book for adults, young adults, even preteens.... I talked so much about this, and obviously enjoyed it so much, that my 10‐year‐old (girl) is reading (and loving) it now, my 15–year‐old (boy) wants to read it next, and even my husband has expressed interest in it."I just really like this series. Mostly because I like Max. I'm forty‐seven, and I want to be Max. How many teenagers must want to be Max? Max is the Superman of the decade."
