The Art of Sea of Thieves book clearly would be canonical if it discusses any information pertinent to the game’s lore at all, since it comes directly from Rare themselves, but does any such information exist in the book, or is it all only real-world behind-the-scenes and developmental information? This guide contains a lot of content as there is 229 achievements with more coming soon! The guide will be updated with each new change to the Sea of Thieves so stay tuned for updates. Strike Yer Colours! - At the Town, use the cannon on the wall to fire a cannonball at the ghost ship. This one seems a little buggy at the moment. Once you have people willingly assembled you need to head to Plunder Valley and locate a tree with lots of bottles on it (it's on the north west side). There are 8 spots marked around the tree, each player has to stand on one of the marked spots with a musical instrument in their hands. While leaving the town, fight the first set of phantoms and then drop down along the path and the journal can be found on the wall over looking the bridge.Sword Master - Use all 20 dialogue retorts in Insult Sword Fighting. Should come naturally during the story. Spectacular Superstar - Complete the circus performance within 25 seconds. There is a board in the centre that has your best time. Not too hard when you know the routine and have the cannon ready. This is not shared with your crew. Each faction with an Emissary flag in Sea of Thieves has an achievement for placing in their respective highest ledger tier 5 times. Before using the pulley lifts to by-pass the gate, go up the massive flight of stairs and find the journal near the two ghosts on a box.

Complete all 'Helm' Guild Commendations."Achieve guild reputation level 80 and equip all the Helm outfit parts from the Clothing Chest for the following tasks: Adventurer's Eve - Take in the view atop the highest peak in The Shores of Plenty (atop Smuggler's Bay) while the sun sets (8 PM). The Emissary ledger is essentially a leaderboard that ranks players on their emissary value gained and it resets at the end of each month. For these achievement you must be in the highest tier (top 25% of players for that faction) for the month 5 times. So these achievements will take 5 months each which is a lengthy time commitment. Being in the top 25% is not actually as bad as it sounds. Wild Rose:"Jealous wrongs must be set right so two young lovers can unite!" -Always Yours:"Receive all Commendations for 'Wild Rose' Tall Tale."Complete the Wild Rose Tall tale a total of 5 times and Discover all of the Lovers' Notes.Memoirs of a Legend, Vol. III - There are ten sitting locations that recreate scenes from the Monkey Island games. These are marked by the presence of an ink and quill. Sit in all 10 for the commendation. Catching Rays - Take in the view atop the highest peak in The Ancient Isles (atop Plunder Valley) at noon. I don’t recommend finding journals on your first play through of a Tale, as you may have to sail out of your way and distract from the adventure and story! The best method for Treacherous plunder is to fish in the small pond in the Shores of Gold. Complete all 'Cannoneer' Guild Commendations."Achieve guild reputation level 60 and equip all the Cannoneer outfit parts from the Clothing Chest for the following tasks: Firstly, locate the key to the Silver Blade. This is found within the room with the pulley puzzles where you raise platforms to reach higher levels. The Key is hidden inside the mouth of a secret red lit tunnel. A general reminder to all, please avoid reviving threads aged past 30 days, as it is considered a necro, and is against our Forum Rules. Chapter 3: On Sailor’s Bounty you’ll need to take the key down into the caves where “The Trapmaker” lives up to her name. Warning: the key is destructible, so be careful with it. At the end of the cave, you can insert the key, where you’ll get a Quest Item, a Totem for opening a puzzle vault.In the room after raising the water with a Siren Puzzle, to the North the journal is resting with some blue coral. I hope this Tall Tale gets fixed for the next time some weeks from now when I’ll have another chance to try it. White - Get killed by lightning in the storm. Make sure you have your sword equipped as this increases damage received from lightning.
