Creative industry experience. You have at least 3 years of experience working within the creative industries, with at least 1 of those years working at an agency. Using moodboards and imagery to effectively brief designers and present concepts to partners will be key. Reflecting the diversity of schools and organisations across the country, we have chosen to use a range of lesson plan formats to mirror this difference, and to provide more schools with an opportunity of an immediate point of familiarity, which will enable some schools to teach these lessons without further modification. We want to shed more light on this role, increase the visibility of Women in Architecture and empower/encourage them to realize their full potential.Certainly for the first couple of years, the focus was so much on making sure the company was surviving and making a profit. This meant constant late nights, team members burning out and eventually leaving, a general feeling of anxiousness pretty much all the time – we’re all big enough to admit that this was probably our biggest mistake.
