okay okay I admit it I'm cheating a little bit I didn't read this book but the audiobook of the compilation of the three books but after getting to the end of book one I just couldn't do anymore. I felt like I deserved some credit for what I did get through and there is no audiobook for book one by itself so here I am.

This is a very silly and funny audiobook. I knew about the time waster letters before..but in audio form, the world of Robin Cooper, comes alive.

Both series won the British Comedy Award for Best Comedy, and Popper won a BAFTA for series 4. Popper was the script editor on all three series of The Inbetweeners. [5] He was also the script editor on Graham Linehan's The IT Crowd and the BBC3 comedy Him & Her. I will definitely be on the look out for Peep. Have a wonderful New Years Eve and coming year Mr. W.

Two ridiculously funny cult classics. Brought to you - together in audio - for the very first time.I can't believe I have not reviewed this book. This is the funniest book I have ever read, superseding Monty Python's Big Book. I fought for oxygen the first time I read this, literally and physically. There are parts of this book that are hilarious with a capital 'Hil'. The section on paint colours, birdbox and mayoral maces I use in times of therapy, it is much cheaper than professional help. The writer wasted the time of kind people who were trying to make a living and he did it while he was at work!!! Being paid to do a job not waste other people’s time. Dawn French rose to fame as one half of the comedy duo French and Saunders with Jennifer Saunders, appearing first in Channel 4’s The Comedy Strip Presents before debuting the hit series French & Saunders in 1987. Cooper's letters are obvious, shrill and unfunny which probably explains why the replies are similarly leaden and flat. As well as inhabiting the skin of his hi-pitched alter-ego, Robert Popper co-created Look Around You with Peter Serafinowicz, produced the third and fourth series of Peep Show, and a whole lot more. Popper also co-wrote the first three episodes of Stath Lets Flats with Jamie Demetriou in 2018. He also created and wrote I Hate You for Channel 4, starring Tanya Reynolds and Melissa Saint. It dropped on All 4 in September 2022 and aired on C4 in October 2022. More recently he’s written the pretty decent sitcom Friday Night Dinner, but he’s also worked for the often excellent Peep Show.
