Wisdom Has A Price is the fastest and easiest source if you can't use Item Restoration. The four quest chain starts with Sudden, Unexpected Crocolisk Aggression at Jay Cloudfall at /way Krasarang Wilds 51.6, 76.8 I know, it's stupid to have to start two quests when the items you receive are used in the same quest. You have to have the septa and the remaining drops of pure water before going to kill the minor infestations of water to get the bracers. And then it did. Apparently I was wrong. No idea what made it work this time, but that was the only new variable for our runs.

So you spend half an hour finding one spot, get four casts in (2 globes of water, 2 essence of water), and then the pool is gone. Comment by ThottbotDidn't see this noted before, but there is now an npc at the pool that will help you finish the quest if something goes wrong. All you need is the water sapta. As others have pointed out, this only leaves Felwood. Which is camped to buggery by farmers with Hunters. Prices start at 5g for one essence on the AH (Earthen Ring realm).You will see alot of water elementals, walk to: 38.44.. hit 'Tab' key to target the main one, and kill. In addition to its high protein content, WOW HYDRATE Vegan Protein Water also contains essential vitamins & BCAAs, which help to support overall health and muscle function during exercise. The pools that contain the elemental items (called a 'Patch of Elemental Water') are spread through the zone in the coastal area known as the Bay of Storms. The area is patrolled by mid-50 level elite giants (as well as a few other mobs), but they're mostly easily avoided if you aren't too low a level. These pools are in set locations around the bay, and it appears that only one (at most) pool is active at a time. There are possibly 7 locations we've discovered, and the locations are shown on the map I've made (full size map) Comment by ThottbotIf your using Cosmos the loc of the temple you have to go to is 37 43 otherwise head to north tide's hollow which is right by the dead fields. Once your at North tide's hollow head directly south down the shoreline, this means you will have to be on the ocean side keep going down the coast line till you see a troll named Tiev Mordune. Comment by ThottbotEasiest way to get to the temple where u need to drink the sapta is to just head directly west behind the inn bit in the sepulchre and keep jumping past the tree until you can get down the mountain, brings u out right where u need to be, tooks me 30secs to travel there from sepulchre :D Kill it which is very easy with some totems up and a couple heals. You don't have to worry about the other elementals, they won't aggro.

Comment by 118059To farm these in EPL, start at either lake (I chose southern so I will begin my route description there). You can farm these rather easily. 60 UD Affliction Loc is what i farmed with along with VW tank.
