This Huggy appears to be a living, giant version of the famous Playtime Co. toy. The toy was created in 1984. In recent years, a giant statue was placed in the factory's main lobby, but it appears he was far from inanimate. Mommy Long Legs appears to be inspired by toys out of the 90s to 2000s', specifically the famous Betty Spaghetty doll.

Mommy Long Legs was originally created in 1991 as a way to test Playtime Co.'s new elastic plastic. She was created from the orphan Marie Payne and designated as Experiment 1222.
