About this deal

I just installed a Commander pro along with new ML120 fans as a pull on my H150i. I also installed two EK fans as a pull on my GPU radiator and one more EK fan as case exhaust. So..a total of 6 fans connected to the CoPro. Everything is fine with the Corsair fans but the EK fans are all over the place with rpm's. I've tried everything in iCUE to resolve it. Made my own fan profiles. Used the default profiles. Tried fixed percentages and rpm. Changed the detection setting from auto detect to pwm, the fans still run all over the place from literally stopping one second(visual) then jumping to 3000+ rpm's according to iCUE display the next second. I don't even have a curve that goes higher than 1500. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas what is causing this, or are the RK fans simply not compatible with the CoPro? If not compatible that would be a real bummer. Would I be better off connecting the 6 on the rad to the Com Core 1,2,3 via PWM Splitters, the 6 on the front and side via the PWM Repeater into Com Core 4, and the rear fan into Com Core 5. This would leave me with 1 free fan header on the Com Core, but if I am correct I could control all fans then, knowing that the front and side ones would be at the same speed but controllable all the same. feel free to message Corsair.. see if you get the same direct advice I requested and indeed used in my Faq thread Edits for damn auto-correct and Swype errors plus another question-- In my iCUE AIO tab fan settings the scale is temp x percentage. In the CoPro tab it's temp x rpm(0 to 5000). I find using a percentage much easier and when most fans don't go over 2000 it's also much easier to make a good curve. When only making a curve for a 0 to 1500 fan using a scale that is 0 to 5000 it makes things very tight. I couldn't find a way to change the scale. Is it not possible or am I missing it somewhere? Don't buy anything and connect the rear fan to a mobo's header. This won't allow you to control the rear fan through iCue.

On my setup I have 8 Fans total, now I only have 6 Fans directly to The Commander Pro and I have 2 Lighting Nodes connected to it. You can then drag and drop items from the sidebar to the left to their appropriate position on your case image. You can see I went ahead and put my fans, temperature sensors, and lights all where they should be in my Vengeance C70.So ... if you want some help with your heat problem, we need to have that information (as a start) to being to look at it. currently using the "Cobalt" profile from Corsair's "Lewis Gerschwitz". so do i need to calculate with spiral rainbow values or single color

The first time I set the system up the 6 QL 120mm Fan light wasn't working, but it was powered and the fans are (Blowing Air) Cooling and lighting control for a modern system can be convoluted and messy. One program controls your lighting, another controls your fans, and maybe even a third monitors your temperatures. I'm not letting the fans spinning at more than 2400 rpm (mainly to avoid too much noise and the cooling is less impacted) and all my fans are using a custom curve. On the 2nd USB Lighting Node I just have the 2 QL 140mm Fans lighting wires connected, because I have the Fans powered by the NZXT Z63 and I can control the RPM through NZXT CAM. Honestly I'm a little frustrated with corsair about the ml120 rgb pro fans for sale separately. They only have 4 leds per fan, while the ML120s with the h150i elite capellix are 8 rgb per fan. I wanted them to all match. It seems like going with sp120s might be the best from an rgb asthetics point of view, but I'd prefer magnetic levitation ones if they were available with the same 8 rgb leds per fan.
