To reschedule or cancel your test, call 0344 994 4488. The line is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays. The line is closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. Rescheduling the test Test bookings can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the test. It is free to do this via the online system. Please note that you cannot change your booking within 72 hours of your scheduled test date. Cancelling the test Group bookings for 4 or more candidates can be made online using our Navigator Group Booking System.
