About this deal

You aren’t hearing me, Remi. If I got anywhere near that sweet pussy of yours, I would punish you for making me wait so damn long. I’d discipline you for wanting to leave me. You’re safer if I never touch you. And so am I.” Mira rushed in to give the prodigal a hug. “Are you surprising your parents?” she asked. “I know they missed you at Christmas this year.” Remi’s cheeks pinked up. “You’re looking a nice bright green today just like always,” she told him.

Forever Never Quotes by Lucy Score - Goodreads Forever Never Quotes by Lucy Score - Goodreads

You wanted to know why I married Audrey? You should be asking why we divorced. Because of you. Your name is the last word I breathe every night. Your face is the one I see when I close my eyes. I couldn’t hide that from her.” There were a lot of things that made Remi different from the average girl. Synesthesia was one of them. as much as i wanna get into explaining the plot and the characters. i dont know how to do that. it’ll just put everyone off. no words can describe how complicated yet uncomplicated this book was. Can I move to Blue Moon? I love the Blue Moon series (come on, crazed goats, meddling neighbors, the amazing Pierce brothers!!) and Not Part of the Plan is a fantastic addition. I loved Niko and Emma, their story and their happily ever after. But even more, I love the story of this town, the interaction between family and friends (and the occasional farm animal!!). This is the fourth in the series and can be read alone but I recommendreading the others. They are very good! And I love how each book builds toward the next. I can't wait to see what happens next in Blue Moon! - J. WilliamsNot many authors that I’ve read can capture this level of intensity without it feeling overdone or contrived. Pretend You’re Mine is narrated from the point of view of the two lead characters: Luke Garrison and Harper Wilde. It’s an addictive light read featuring a multitude of dialogues. The plot focuses on the romance of the protagonists, but when we are advanced in the story, you will get good surprises because several turns appear that will have you even more hooked. Regarding the characters, the protagonists are very well crafted, and in the end, we see a clear development. Additionally, the story would not be the same without the secondary characters that contribute many things to the novel and enable the readers to get a better understanding of the main characters. Instead, he weighed the options between diced tomatoes with or without green peppers while shopkeeper Bill House complained to him.

Forever Never - Kindle edition by Score, Lucy. Romance Kindle

DAMN...These two people are combustible, even when there isn't anything happening. All they have to do is look at one another and the heat comes off the kindle. When things finally come together for them, get ready to have a man who knows what he wants and a woman willing to give him everything. Be prepared...these two are intense and very active once the barriers down. Around 46% the will-they-won’t-they had gone from fun suspense to “oh dear god who cares?” It’s interesting how something can be pushed just a touch too far and suddenly seem annoying and ridiculous. Now, keep this under your hats because rumor has it her family doesn’t know yet,” she said, leaning in and dropping her voice to a whisper. Despite that, there were so many delicious things about this book. A free spirited, quirky h who had the world’s interest at heart. A moody stoic H who loved the h but felt he wouldn’t be good enough for her so kept himself at arms distance emotionally. Watching them bumble through this metaphorical wall of past hurts, of insecurities, of frustrations was entertaining to watch. The island and its inhabitants sounded lovely and was described beautifully. hero and heroine are 8 years apart. they met for the first time when they were 16 and 24. the book is set 14 years later when they are 30 and 38. ugh and before anyone says anything no they didn’t anything until years, so shut up.

Publication Order of Knockemout Books

I’ll start with what I liked, for the most part I liked the FMC Remi, she’s unique, funny, and brash. I liked the setting, the cute little island town was quaint and the thriller/mystery was also very compelling. Since I have read romance, one of the main conflicts presented is the idea that one of the partners feels they aren't worthy of the other. There is something in the past, maybe not even of their doing that has caused this feeling of not being able to fully love the other person. It can cause so much pain and misunderstandings...and reflects so much of Real Life. At the end we have 4 people who are very close to each other, in an almost incesty vibe - as one happy family. This is the first time I don't finish a book by Lucy and the second time I wonder if it was written by the same Lucy of the Blue Moon series, so I guess I have to face the fact that she is not only capable but very good at writing misogynistic crap. I tried, really did, almost reached the 70% mark, but I was starting to feel nauseous and I hate food waste so I just gave up and dropped it.
