I loved the fact that 24Bottles offered free international postage (over a fair reasonable spending) and my water bottles were packed securely and professionally and postage was pretty fast for international.

Our provider Duferco Energia created a completely customized supply with optimized energy consumption and innovative service related to efficiency and sustainability. Even that is confusing, because it appears you need to obtain authorisation before sending the bottles back, but I cannot work out a way of obtaining that authorisation. Yet there is no easy way to send the bottle back apart from - seemingly - paying the postage back to Italy.
