They go in a secret door, go down the stairs, through another door, down a hatch and ladder, and into a room. The mean officers run away in fright after this encounter, and they hide behind the plant Dog Man usually hides behind. I tried to put him in with the other fish, but he took over all of the little castles, stole every tiny plastic treasure chest, and bullied each fish who dared to cross his wretched path! Petey takes Li'l Petey and 80-HD to his lab, telling the latter the he needs to fix the damage he caused in Grime and Punishment. Meanwhile, Dog Man is dealing with his own snafu, wherein he accidentally sets in motion a chain of events that ends with Flippy (the telekinetic fish) being given bionic supa strength which enables him to raise an army of demonic apartment buildings that try to destroy the town.

Dog Man tries to warn Chief that the Mayor is planning to destroy the town, but Chief reminds him that he is fired and that Dog Man should go on without him. Now not only does Dog Man have to contend with the fish, but Petey the cat has a new addition who adds to the fray. Flippy notices the book "Body Snatching For Dummies" and uses his last bit of mind power to speed-read the entire book.
