There is a small mention/ or not mention of the grandfather no longer coming to see the seals; implying death, which the reader can imply the many seasons that have gone by. When the seal saves his life, their bond becomes unbreakable and as the two grow older, their friendship is maintained. a fully negotiated and agreed confirmatory s106 deed would be appended to the contract giving certainty to all parties on its terms. He spends most of his time in London, but regularly visits St Ives, Cornwall, where he owns the painter Ben Nicholson’s old house. I feel it would give comfort to children who may have a physical disability to know that they can enjoy sports too. I liked the grandad best, because if he hadn't of taken the boy to the beach, then they would of never met the mummy seal and her pup. The seal even rescues the boy after he was so intent on watching the seal whilst he was surfing that he got knocked off the board and hit a rock. Despite his disability, the boy is a keen surfer, and he enjoys many afternoons surfing with the seals.

As well as illustrating many of his own books, Michael has illustrated over a hundred books for authors such as Shakespeare, J. One solution could be to impose a condition requiring a s106 deed to be entered into prior to the commencement of development. I feel this would be good for children in the primary classroom setting because it brings the idea of making the impossible, possible.
